How can I call myself a soccer mom when there is no way that I could keep up with my two children? Only 11 years ago, I was that woman. I was fit and active but when I stopped playing soccer, I was no longer that. My goal is not to be the size 4 that I used to be, but to be able to be comfortable within my own body and to be able to play soccer the way I used to with my kids!

I would like to find buddies here on Sparkpage that understand how hard it is to lose weight and to keep it off. Motivation will be key with my success in weightloss and I am willing to listen to anyone's suggestions or advice!

My Goals:
I would like to lose 60-70 lbs by my 34nd birthday! I would like to have lost at least 20lbs by the time my family goes on an Alaskan cruise in July.

My Program:
I am counting my calories and striving to exercise daily.

Personal Information:
I am from St. Louis and am happily married. I have 2 children, 1 boy and 1 girl, a dog "Buttercup" who is a rescued greyhound, and a turtle. I enjoy soccer, scrapbooking with the soccer/baseball moms, and traveling with my family.

Other Information:
I enjoy reading books but I am picky about them. My favorite is "Good in Bed" by Jennifer Weiner. (It is not what it sounds like.) Anyone on a diet should read it. It is very lighthearted and funny. I also love going to shows at the Fox Theater. My favorite was Wicked. I also love watching the show Nip/Tuck. I never miss it. I love salty, spicy snacks such as hot chips but I am trying to stay away from those. I am a pretty picky eater but I am getting better.
