HI I'm Comfort. I'm a mom two 3 kids 2 boys and 1 girl. I've struggled with weight my whole life. I've gone up and down up and down since my early 20's. I did good for a while then guess what had my first kid and it was all downhill since then. I've since had my daughter and I'm struggling to get the weight off. I've noticed my energy go down since then and trying to keep up is rediculous. I must admit that when I first started this my sole purpose was to not look like an idiot when I went to the theme park this summer cuz I couldn't fit in the rides but now I'm starting to see a new found energy that makes me want to keep going. I'm hoping that by end of summer I'll be down to the 200 pound area. and then by next summer down to at least 175 ish. Prayers and encouragement welcome. Best wishes to all the Sparkies out there.

My Program:
I'm so hoping to knock off this weight. I'm so excited about this journey. I can't wait to see what I'm going to look like. I haven't been below 195 since before my son alex was born. I so can't wait to get back down there. I'm hoping that I can keep this up. I keep praying that God will guide me.

    Hey it's me again... Feel free to stalk my page and check out my Fitness and Food tracker for ideas. I usually burn more than 1800 calories a week, and it is pretty easy to do. Just 10 minutes here and there can add up.

    almost forgot - you can add in your "cleaning" as a cardio... just do a search for it.. and SP will plug in your calories.

    hey there! i was just stoppping by your page to check out your food/fitness tracker.. you're really getting the fitness down.. i highly recommend any of the 10 minute workouts in the video section under healthy lifestyle... they work well in a pinch and 10 minutes here and there really does add up. and i see you've been pretty good about swapping out some of the not so healthy snacks for better choices.. GREAT JOB on that! I'm really proud of you.. you're getting the hang of it! emoticon
