HI I'm Comfort. I'm a mom two 3 kids 2 boys and 1 girl. I've struggled with weight my whole life. I've gone up and down up and down since my early 20's. I did good for a while then guess what had my first kid and it was all downhill since then. I've since had my daughter and I'm struggling to get the weight off. I've noticed my energy go down since then and trying to keep up is rediculous. I must admit that when I first started this my sole purpose was to not look like an idiot when I went to the theme park this summer cuz I couldn't fit in the rides but now I'm starting to see a new found energy that makes me want to keep going. I'm hoping that by end of summer I'll be down to the 200 pound area. and then by next summer down to at least 175 ish. Prayers and encouragement welcome. Best wishes to all the Sparkies out there.

I'm so hoping to knock off this weight. I'm so excited about this journey. I can't wait to see what I'm going to look like. I haven't been below 195 since before my son alex was born. I so can't wait to get back down there. I'm hoping that I can keep this up. I keep praying that God will guide me.

    i just typed it in as you listed it... ground beef, lean.. chose the 3 oz.. and "logged" it into my nutrition.. hey sometimes it has glitches.. So i'd delete and re-enter just to make sure... WHOOT on the pount lost!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Gwen I just used what was there in the food list. OMG I know the McFrappe!!!!!!!!!! next time skim milk no cream and no chocolate!!. But that's okay I still managed to some how lose 1 pound this week. Its a loss so I will take it. emoticon

    Hey there.. one thing on your food log bothered me.. the ground beef... so i tracked it on mine and i got:

    Ground beef, lean, 3 oz 225calories 0 carbs 18 fat 15 protien

    So i think you should go in and remove it for saturday..and then retrack it on saturday.. when you go to retrack it... makes sure you're on saturday and THEN click add food.. and make sure any other add food tabs are closed.. otherwise it will dump it into today.. Hope that makes your saturday food chart look better... keep up the good work!

HOLY COW on the McD's frappe?!?!?! all in all you had a great day yesterday but that.. luckily today is a new day for you to start out fresh..You can do it lady!!! emoticon emoticon
