Making of a new me


Hi my name is Rita, I am the mother of four girls, 15, 10, 9, and 4. Yes my hands are full, and it's because of them that I decided to start this journey, I live in NewOrleans, which we all know is a city, known for its food, my biggest temptation. I have been doing well cutting back on calories and exercising, but sometimes its very hard, but I want to loose 40-50 lbs by Nov 1, 2009. So heres the beginning of a battle worth the fight.
