Introduction Text Hi there, My name is Amy. I am a 27 yr old living in Ontario, Canada. On December 28th, 2014 I weighed in at over 260lbs. I keep shaking my head thinking, "how did I let myself get here?" I thought it would be the reality check I needed to lose the weight. It turns out it wasn't that simple. In June 2015 I was diagnosed with PCOS. I was prescribed an insulin regulator and was advised that I would do best if I reduced my carb and sugar intake.
