Welcome to the Gastric Bypass Sparklers we are glad you found us. Ask all the questions you like. We hava wide range of experience and a varied length of time from surgery date. So that gives a pretty good look at life shortly after surgery, 1-2 years after surgery, and the veterans 3+ years since surgery. I would like to caution you to be sure to run all advice from our experience that we give through your medical team which knows your medical history. I have T2 diabetes and although better it has not gone away since GB surgery 14 months ago a number of people are now off diabetes meds but not all of us. I do not know if anyone on the team has PCOS for that I recommend the forum on dlife.com they have quite a few people who have it and they have medical oversite on the forum. It is a reputable site.

Welcome to Gastric Bypass Sparklers! You’ll find plenty of support and encouragement here. No question is too stupid to ask, so post away and we’ll all put in our two cents worth. Utilize all the tools SP has to offer. I find tracking my food and exercise most helpful. Good luck on your weight loss journey!
