    Congrats on the continued weightloss Ms. Superwoman. Oh geez, sorry to hear that school is keeping you from being able to stay asleep. May I make a suggestion? I have found that this tea called 7 blossoms or siete azahares is amazing for relalxation. I have a friend who was BIpolar and he would use it whenever he didn't have his meds handy. Also, maybe munching on some healthy carbs like half whole wheat toast with almond butter or 1/4 of a banana might do the trick?

    Also glad to see that your working on relieving stress and have been exercise. Just as another tip, I have found aromatherapy to be helpful. I really like ylang ylang and eukalyptus to "wake me up " and vanilla lavender to soothe my mind.

    Awwww, there you are! Sorry that you are totally swamped but VERY proud that you are sticking to your workouts..that helps so much! When I am really busy and can't find a time to breath that is the time I get up or get out and do something active - gives me more energy and I am able to handle more that way! If you ever need anthing let me know..I am here for ya girly!!
