Introduction Text We've survived 2020 without getting Covid, and the best thing for the year was becoming first time grandparents to our darling grandson Brody. It's made last year fun even when we were quarantined. The bad part was not being able to go anywhere, can't go to the gym, my husband lost his job and I gained back some of my weight. New year, new start!! I'm back on track and going to take one day at a time while I enjoy babysitting my grandson! Stay healthy everyone!! I'd like to lose my weight and keep it off, plus be able to get off of most of my medicines. I love Sparks....it keeps me on track and motivated!

I'm following WW - eating lots of fresh foods, drinking my water and doing exercise! It's sensible and long term!

SW: 272 Goal: 150 I'm 60 and have been married for 40 years. We have one son, 32, who is a Graphic Designer and married to my wonderful daughter-in-law and we have our first grandbaby, Brody! Busy year for milestones!! I love to travel, paint, swim in our pool, go to movies, read, knit/crochet, and have fun with family and friends! So much to do....so little time!!

I'm taking the time to do something for me! I'm here to get healthy, look and feel better, and have some fun in life without a struggle!
