It's been 7 months since the start of Covid-19, and we still have to be careful and social distance. So many changes that have enabled me to gain weight easily instead of losing...NOT GOOD! No more gym, getting out to stores, visiting friends, and my husband was laid off from work. Luckily my bright spot is babysitting our grandson who was born in March, and I'm loving every minute of it! He's almost 7 months old and keeping me moving, so I get my steps in and more! I just turned 60, so I want to stay active for him. We're trying to get through the holidays as normal as possible! Let's have some fun and lose some weight!! Stay healthy everyone!! I'd like to lose my weight and keep it off, plus be able to get off of most of my medicines. I love Sparks....it keeps me on track and motivated!

I'm following WW - eating lots of fresh foods, drinking my water and doing exercise! It's sensible and long term!

I'm 59 and have been married for 39 years. We have one son, 31, who is a Graphic Designer and married to my wonderful daughter-in-law and we have a grandbaby on the way!

I love to travel, paint, swim in our pool, go to movies, read, knit/crochet, and have fun with family and friends! So much to do....so little time!!


Other Information:
I'm taking the time to do something for me! I'm here to get healthy, look and feel better, and have some fun in life without a struggle!

    I looked back on my food log and I think there's one day that I'm under 2,000 calories in the last 5 days. OH, the scale is not going to be pretty this week.

    Got to go to work. It's weird being in a school with no children.

    House colors sounds beachy. Perfect for California.

    I don't know about a good week. Maybe a good afternoon. Maybe a good hour. I've fallen down the rabbit hole again. Already ate a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich and a cheese donut. Topped with an apple cider latte. I need a muzzle.

    I will need to do aerobics for 5+ hours to burn that all off. emoticon emoticon

    I'm working, but can come and go as I please for now. They want me to help I.T. by taking phone calls and walk-in parents and students. That terrorizes me. I'm not a technology person. We'll see what happens.

    Is Mike still off? Does he come with you to take care of Brody or is Brody coming to your house now?

    Well, my little pudgy bear friend -- you and I can get back on track together. I'm finding that I need to eat regular meals. If I eat too light, I snack all night. Ha, ha, ha, I made a rhyme too.
