    1) Do my video 2 x day for 3 days
    2) work hard at staying in low range
    3) Drink Water
    4) Get a 500+ burn

    Hi, Anita. I just got video done and is in middle of posting. I will send you link of video once it is ready then you can work out beside me doing the strength...LOL. I did full set of everything. I actually did 2 sets, but only 1 in video so video will be short enough for posting. You will just have to do 2 times.... Hugs.

    Hi, Anita. Thanks for stopping by! Today, I am still needing to do my exercise. I started on a new lower calorie range. I have been working on laundry. Almost done, take shower, head to South Hill and walk Walmart, maybe mall too, then pick up dh and head home. Tomorrow is suppose to be nice outside so hoping the forecast is right.
