Right now, I am working on increasing (getting exercise in) and drinking my water, and eating sensibly. I've started a Weigh In on thread for everyone to start using. HI Anita, just saw your very encouraging comment on the LSP message board. Just wanted to say that in the first week/weeks, the scale moves very fast, I think its water and your metabolism going into shock! After that it slows down, you shouldn't worry, unless you're feeling faint or hungry! Don't you find it encouraging... I lost 4 kg in my first fortnight (I started at 78) but now it has slowed down (also because I kept travelling so eating out etc). Best of luck! C. 4542 days ago
