A Journey to a Healthier Me
July 2020
Wow, another two years gone. So I'm still plugging along. My kids are now grown - S21; D22; S26. S26 and D22 are at home - both working full-time. D22 graduated in May and began her first career job by the end of May. She has a BF that she met in Freshman year and they are still going strong. S21 is home, but heading back to school later this month for his Senior Year and a fall internship.
With Covid, travel is on hold, but we are enjoying being home ...

I know consistency and moderation are the key to being healthy and these are the habits I am continuing to work on.

Daily: Stay within calorie range and get right amount of fat, carbs and protein; Get at least 10 minutes of cardio in each day and strength training at least 3 days/week; get 6-8 hours of sleep/night;
My Program:
Follow Spark guidelines for calorie/fat/protein intake; Walking the neighborhood in good weather; find cardio, yoga videos for poor weather; add kayaking once the kayak's arrive.
