    Hello! I just finished Day 6 (and 5). I'm still doing the easiest form possible for the moves and I even fail to do some, like the crane pose on the isometrix. My push ups are still far from perfect but I try to do the best I can. I also stayed within my calorie range today and did some extra activities to neutralize my extra calorie intake in the past days. How did you do today? :)

    Hi hi. I finished my Day 4 which is generally a weighted cardio. I almost didn't. Haha. I overate today tho (friend's birthday) so I'd probably double my activity tomorrow to atleast neutralize those additional calories. Let me know how you did. :)

    I finished my Day 3 of p90x3 which is yoga. The moves were quite challenging but it was a low intensity exercise. I kept on falling over tho. Lol. I also decided to take a before pic so i could compare the diff. after day90. How's your T25? :)
