    Heya! How have you been doing? :) Im still on track with P90x3 (Day 20 now) but I've been struggling a bit with food since I relocated into the city for the start of my school year. The foods here are really calorie dense. TOO MUCH TEMPTATIONS. Lol.

    Okay, done with day 11 but I have 0 net calories for today because I kind of lost my self control with the pastries at my relative's birthday party. LOL. Ah well. I have to make up for it by doing more than my usual cardio tomorrow. Anyway, I haven't heard from you in the last few days. How have you been doing? :)

    Day 10 done! Not much progress with yoga. I only realized recently that my balance sucks haha. My push ups are relatively lower now but my arms arent fully parallel to the ground yet but I guess it's still progress. How are you with T25? :)

    So I'm done with Day 8 which is the same exercise as Day 1 but I guess I performed a bit better than the first time I've tried it. Yay! My weight is now at exactly +10% of my calculated desired body weight so technically it's back to the healthy range but I still have to lose some more kilos to reach my goal weight. :) How did you do today?
