Thanks for adding your experience to my Planning blog. I can feel so overwhelmed and anxious at times, and making a plan for my menu, my exercise and my spending, takes a lot of that anxiousness out of it. If I get 'stuck' I always make a list of the main things I need to do that day - and there's never really as many things as I thought there was. I almost always complete my list too - because I make myself do what's on the list. It's my way of managing life - it works for me. 1320 days ago
