To honor my son, Nicolas, who had complete faith in what I am doing for myself. He always had the "CAN DO" disposition & he never lost the faith, even as he neared the end of his journey.

To continue to track my dietary intake on a daily basis, as this has helped me tremendously.



Everything I do is in memory of my son, Nicolas!! I know that you are at eternal rest, I miss you dearly!!
