    Sorry to hear that you are leaving, but totally understand and appreciate and support your views. I do not have a facebook page and therefore can't keep up with what others post or have on facebook so was not aware of SP's post. I sure hate that they have joined in the political arena. I, like you, think they should keep it strictly fitness and health conscious and not state one way or the other how they feel when it comes to ANY political matters. Whether it be gay rights, abortion, or who is running for president for that matter!

    You will be sorely missed. Good luck in all your future endeavors.

    Just wanted to stop by to thank you for the goodie. I hope your lent is going well! I was on a great roll, doing my prayers and devotions on my tablet while I was nursing the baby (this is quiet time for me, as my 3 other kids usually leave me alone while I'm feeding him). Last week my tablet broke, and I got away from that routine. I'm going to have to start praying without technology- gasp! I'm sure it can be done :-)

    I actually am considering doing the Jessica Smith Pear Shape program too, LOL. The indoor walk was by her yesterday and that led me to her website where I saw that she had the "body shape" workouts. I am a pear shape and could definitely use the help. So, I am all about doing that next. =) Keep me posted on how it works for you.

    Oh, I am doing much better. I still have a cough that is quite productive and seem to tucker out easily. Other than that, I am feeling much better. It seems I need a nap by about 3:00 p.m. everyday, lol. I guess it's just part of the recovery. I did pick the walkabout challenge back up starting yesterday. I just picked back up at day 8. I had missed day 6 (that was the first day of the flu), but figure 7 was just a rest day and it will be easier to just pick back up on a Monday and move forward rather than go back to the Saturday (day 6). I think it would throw me off...LOL. I am just going to move forward from day 8 and not fret about it. So, yesterday I began again. Today's reading about shoes was interesting. I already knew I was a supinator though. I purchased shoes to help with that back when I started the couch to 5k a couple of years ago. They do help. =) I am so hard on shoes because of it. The soles all wear out on the outsides before the insides.
