I delivered very healthy/large twins several years ago (7.5 lbs and 8.5 lbs). Needless to say, I gained a lot of weight while pregnant. Now that I feel the insanity of twin infancy/toddlerhood has passed, I'm ready to take control of my weight loss and lifestyle changes.

2012 was a great year for me to finally lose the weight that I gained over the past 10 years (especially the pounds that I put on while pregnant with the twins)!

In 2013, I plan to keep the momentum going by staying active on SP and maintaining my weightloss.

    Hi! I just wanted to leave a note about the whole calorie range thing I talked about on my status yesterday.

    I did find that I was hungrier than normal yesterday, and while I didn't quite get up to 1600+ for calories I ate more than I had been on less exercise. So basically, my advice is to listen to your body! It will tell you what it needs. :D

    Thanks for checking on me! I learned that while I *did* stop picking up heavy things (dr's orders) a month or so ago, I wasn't told to NOT RUN. I've been running!

    Meh. I know PT starts in a couple of weeks...In the meantime, I'm going to do what I can (as usual, against what I'm told, if I can get away with it--but I'm smart enough to not put an additional weight on this ;p)
