I'm a simple woman with a handsome husband who has been with me through the thick and thin of this life. I have an eight year old son who is so smart and handsome and a newborn daughter who is beautiful and oh so active! :)

My Goals:
To fit into an XL comfortably. :)
To lose 10 lbs. by Christmas. (190 lbs.)
To drink 8 glasses of water.
To eat more veggies/fruits.
To take a multivitamin.
To get 8 hrs. of sleep.

My Program:
 I'm going to be watching how many calories I eat.
I'll be exercising each day.
Walking 3 x's a week.
