Holly, Thankyou for adding me too! I thought we must have a few things in common...maybe we can encourage each other wow really great weight loss after baby! i went 4 yrs (until i quit breastfeeding my youngest) before i really got serious and started losing again...i am not having any more babies so at least i can look forward to keeping my weightloss longer this time! i struggle with writing down what i eat, and logging it into my sparkpage, then keeping in my calorie range...i do exercise every morn first thing...and keeping the house organized is a whole nother issue! i try to squeeze in something extra every day besides the norm dishes/laundry/take o garbage/keep kids doing their chores/homeschool...but it is hard so anyway - if you have any hints i am open to them!!!- sharma 4150 days ago

Thanks for stopping by! I have been a bad friend -- things are going crazy here with the kids -- what else is new!!!
