I am now 47 and back again. My life is not such a mess now! LOL. I have finally gotten things settled down and not in chaos so now it is time to get this part of my life under control. I am still doing things in babysteps and feel that if I go to hard to fast I will crash and burn like the other times I have tried to lose weight. It has sunk in that I need a new "lifestyle" not a diet. I can't eat like I used to when I was younger and when I had a more physical job. I am getting older and it is catching up to me! I am starting out with drinking more water, and getting the sleep I need. I am making a point of getting at least 10 mins of exercise each day and will be ramping that up as I go. I like to walk outside but with weather issues I am going to dig out my Leslie Sansone tapes for my back up plan. I am putting myself on the schedule for a change. I had a gentleman tell me the other day to "take care of yourself, its important. You're important" and he is ABSOLUTELY right I am!

My Goals:
I plan to lose make exercise and healthier eating a part of my lifestyle and plan to lose 70 lbs. I am going to give my life an overhaul.

My Program:
I am going to take babysteps to change my life. I am going to begin to exercise regularly and pay attention to eating more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. I will eliminate soda and sweets and eat breakfast every day.

Personal Information:
I am 47 and want to lose this weight and regain my health before I am age 50. It is long past due that I put myself at the top of the list. I have a great inspiration and that is to be healthy and spend time with my beautiful new granddaughter Ruby-Jane!
