Starting over AGAIN


I'm Kelly & I have come back to sparkpeople to try again to master my weight problem. I need a buddy, especially one who understands my exercise challenges. I have fibromyalgia, hypoglycemia and peripheral nerve damage. I can exercise for very small periods if time, and would like to start Yoga when the kids all go off to school.

My Goals:
My goal is to be a good to my body as possible and learn to live well with chronic pain and fatigue

My Program:
 My program so far has been to enter everything I eat, make good choices and stay within the 1200-1500 calorie guidelines. I strive to lose 2 lbs minimum each week, and am adding as much exercise as I can.
