Hi everyone my name is Patti and I just turned 65 in December.I have struggled with my weight sence I was 21.How ever Im ashamed to admit this is the heavest I have EVER been .Vainity really has nothing to do with my wanting to lose weight . Truth be told Im scared.. Im mobility changelled so excercise is hard . the ton of meds I take a day dont help either lol. What happened? I took a high stress desk job and gained 20lb this last year. This is not acceptable to me or my Drs. So Im back for support as only you guys can give

My Goals:
My main goal is to be as healthy as I can be and spoil myself.I want to learn tai chi as well


My Program:
It sounds silly but I have to remember to Eat! I'm very bad at skipping meals.I have to remember to do Baby Steps.I'm taken the for today approche.For today I drink lots of water...For today I eat 3 x....When the cravings it I remind myself I can have it Tomarrow. So far so good I'v lost 4lbs in two weeks



Personal Information:
My name is Patti...I'm divorced 12 years now...Live alone.. 3 grown children...5 grandsons.....I' have vascular desease in my legs and have had several surgerys. I'm 57...going on 16. Between the lack of exercise....and 9Rx's losing weight is a real hard


Other Information:
I love the outdoors!Even if it's just setting on the front porch and drinking coffee.I love playen with my grandkids it keeps me young...I love to read....Love self....improvement stuff...Love to learn...Next week I start Tai Chi I can't wait, You can reach me at pattigoodall@yahoo.com or here
