Update May 2011 I have maintained my current weight for a long time but my inches change. I am starting again to get a new weight to maintain. My work schedule recently changed so I am hoping I can be more successful this time. I have noticed my daily habits have improved over the last year. I still need to increase my activity and track what I eat. My edema still bothers me. I have learned to knit which I feel is a great accomplishment. I always wanted to learn and was never able to figure it out even with classes. My baby graduated preschool this month. He is still my inspiration. I am thankful for the wonderful spark friends I have made over the last 3 years.
Update May 2010: I am wondering how many times I have to stop doing my routines because I feel better only to get behind and not feel well again and have to start all over again. Before I finnally get it and live a new way with out having to think about every little thing.

My doctor told me to cut salt due to swelling in my hands and neck. I did it ......... for a week and felt great. Then I got lazy and didn't do it. My friends all thought I was on drugs I was so energetic and joyful. So I thought wow should I be this ADHD? Now I say YES!!!! There is still so much in life I want to accomplish and I am just too tired. So I am going for it. Friends be warned. Wish me good tidings and great low salt recipes. lol. Show me your recipes.
I watched an old Dorris Day movie the adults were playing leap frog in the park and running and doing cartwheels. It looked like a high school musical. I thought I don't know anyone who could do that. How times have changed. Now if you are energetic and hyper you are ADHD or need meds but then everyone was. The movie was "The Pajama Party" I want that kind of energy and charisma. I don't know anyone who has it. I also like making friends so if you need a buddy let me know.Never have too many friends.

My Goals:
I want to give God 50-75 lbs. I quit saying I want to lose weight because I always go looking for it again until I find it. I am thinking if I give it away I won't fill the need to look for it anymore. I need to drink more water. I will exercise everyday.

My Program:
I use the nutrition guide to help me eat better. It really helps my salt count. I exercise when I can but the kids distract me. I need to exercise more. My program is lacking greatly. I need advice on a good program for premenopause woman. My successes are directly related to my hormones.
