I know what you mean about feeling like your online quite a bit, me too. I find the SparkPeople application for my phone useful because of this. I can track food whilst im at work, or add blogs whilst i'm travelling. I think sparkpeople is the best place for motivation! :) My family are great, but sometimes i don't feel like they fully understand what i'm trying to achieve. They see it as a diet, not a lifestyle change.
I love the food tracker feature most because you are able to visually see where your calories are coming from, and what areas you could change. More protein, less fat for example. Also, i didn't realise just how quickly calories could add up before I joined. The articles are great too :) I get lost in them a bit too much sometimes though! haha
