*Daniels Plan/Diana's Plan
*Walk 60 minutes a day.
*Ride my bike.
*Enjoy my journey.
*Lower my blood pressure.
*Lower my cholesterol.
*Get off or lower doses of my medications.


My Program:

*Walk 60 minutes a day.
*Drink 8 glasses of 8oz water per day.


Personal Information:
I am Never, Never, Never giving up!

I am a wife, a mom, After 45 years of working outside of the home fulltime, I will now be working part time and retired. I love animals, I especiallhy love cats. I love dogs but I am allergic to them. I have a mix - poodle and I was told my allergies will not act up and they don't. Love my little Jack.

Other Information:
 I come from a long line of loving people. I appreciate the people of the world, because we are all the same on the inside, and we all have to live here.
