Here I go again! 2 years ago I lost 30 lbs! But unfortunately I gained 15 back since then :( So I'm beginning again!! Wish me luck! My goal for October:
1-do not eat in front of the tv
2-run 3 days a week
3-do not stray from my eating plan
RESULT: Lose 10 lbs by 10/31
