Introduction Text Life is good... I am totally blessed and know it is time for me to become healthy and stronger then ever. Being accountable to not only myself but to others makes me stronger. I cherish having trusting relationships where we can be honest with each other about our hurts, hungups and love for ice cream. I did get unhealthy on my own but I can't fix it alone. I love spark and I am looking forward to this and welcome any and all new friends! GOD BLESS

My overall goal is just to be healhty and happy. I am not defined by a number on the scale or a tag size of my dress but being healhty changes everything. I won't get sick all the time. I will have the energy it takes to live my 12 hour days. I will be the wife and mother my family derseves.

When I am on point I stay away from processed foods all together and really it is not that hard. I feel amazing when I have a clean diet. You are what you eat so don't be easy, cheap or fake!

I love music. It is the most powerful form of expression. It can change your whole day, it can make you fall in love, it can break your heart or heal a deep hurt. I am a singer and can't even think of my life without music
