Time for an update...
2-2-11 / My Fourth year anniversary when I quit smoking & drinking Woo Hoo! The problem was I was still sucking on lozenges to quit smoking - I'm sure so I wouldn't stick more food in as I've lost 70 pds since then as well. I admitted I needed help and now I'm getting it. A stop smoking program for free; as of 1-27-11 ~ no more lozenges;(Thank's to Scott Irwin) I'm FREE!! 05-01-2011 No more Nicotine, ever!!

It's been a little over 3 years since I quit drinking and smoking, have lost 60 pds. I still want to lose at least 20 more, still a work in progress. 5-14-11 159 & counting!
I'm learning more about me everyday. Never give up on YOU, you are all you have. So make you feel better in every way you can, everyday!

Hi, I'm from Florida. This mission started a year and a half ago. I quit drinking and smoking, as a bonus I lost 20 lbs. Then I joined Curves and drinking a meal replacement drink 2 of my 3 meals and lost 25 more. Lately I can't get the scale to move, I'm hoping being a SparkPeople will help!
Yay! The scale started to move!! Thank you Spark Friends!!
