Introduction Text I'm happy with my insides. I'm a caring, kind, smart woman. Now, my focus is on the outside. I'm determined to find out why I'm afraid to succeed at losig weight, and to overcome the obstacles. I WILL take care of myself, and achieve the beautiful, healthy body I deserve.

My goal is to reach 170 lbs by October 3, 2011. FIRST MINI GOAL: I will lose 5 lbs by Thanksgiving 2010.j SECOND MINI GOAL: I will NOT overeat at Thanksgiving.

Based on what I've read, recording everything I eat will not only help me look at trends, but will help make sure I eat enough, and not too much. I intend to watch what I'm doing so that I don't go overboard. I think I start out doing well, and sometimes "too well". I need to make sure I'm still getting SOME of all of the things I really love to eat. That way, I'll be less likely to binge and fall off the wagon.



Looking forward to leaning how to Spark myself first, and then others. Just starting to read the book. I can't wait to let my inner goddess out!
