    missypoo the way I've been coming in under my allowed fat is I reduced my junk food intake so I only have chips or stuff like that once a week also before I put anything in my mouth I look it up on here first abd then choose

    Hi Missy! Good to meet you on SP. Thanks for commenting on my blog!!! I belong to a team that commits to 10 minutes of exercise a day. Sometimes I only do 10 but usually I do more. I think the biggest thing is to just commit to the 10 and once you get into it, it usually ends up longer. You have to make yourself a priority. it's for fitness and health and your own self-worth. Usually I don't really feel like it but once I change into my sweats and tee-shirt and runners I usually feel more like it. Sometimes I just march in front of the tv and sometimes I put music on. There are lots of fitness videos on the site and I do them every once in awhile. I have an exercise bike and a treadmill and free weights. I really encourage you to tracking your meals and your fitness minutes. It's a sure and steady way to make progress with weight loss and fitness. I sure wish you success on your journey. emoticon emoticon Just start small and the rest will follow!!!
