Introduction Text I am 59 and have 3 beautiful children ranging in age 36 - 27. I have my first granddaughter in July 2007 and other in Mart 2012. In September 2013 grandson and other in July 2015 :) SP Start weight: 117 kg; in 2021 start 105kg :))

Eat a high fiber/high protein breakfast : 1x / day Make a point to have more fresh fruit and vegetables within arm's reach. Get 8 hours of sleep : 1x / day Practice saying no to those things not relevant to my goals. : 1x / day wait at least 2 hours (but no more than 5 hours) between meals and snacks during the day

to read book about various object listen music (classical, rock, pop and so on) to go to the theatre to visit cultural exhibitions to know use of another places to know new technologies make new friends to have a good time
