    In making your work out schedule make sure you allow a day for your body to rest. That's just as important as your work out. I make sure I do some cardio every day. Every other day I'll walk 2-3-4 miles; then the others I'll just do a mile. But I make sure I walk every day. Then I do strength training on the other days. SP has some great work out videos and they're free! They're as short as 10 minutes for beginners and then work up to longer.

    You'll find what works for you. It takes a while to get into a routine but you'll get there!!
