I have been through a lot this year! No more excuses! I bought myself a treadmill for Christmas... time to get to work!

My Goals:
General Goals:
I need to record all my calories every day!
I need to drink a lot of water.
No Soda, fat and very minimum bread.
Exercise at least 20 minutes on treadmill per day!


My Program:

I am following the Modified HCG diet. I know it is controversial on here. I am being closely monitored by my doctor while I am on it. I will be going to the doctor to be checked every 3 weeks. It is working for me and my father and neither one of us have had any negative side effects from it!

The Program: Day 1 - Fat Loading with 2 HCG drops before breakfast and 2 HCG drops before dinner
Day 2 - Fat Loading with 2 HCG drops before breakfast and 2 HCG drops before dinner
Days 3-40 Low Cal (about 500 cal) diet with HCG drops as before and Fentermine in the AM.
The reason I say about 500 cal is because I am aloud to have unlimited non-starchy vegetables.
Since it is such a low calorie diet you are not supposed to do any strenuous exercise while doing it.



Personal Information:
I am originally from Philadelphia PA. We moved to NC when my soon to be ex-husband's job was outsourced to India. I miss some family and friends that I left behind there and I miss some of the food that you can get there...(Amaroso rolls, Wawa, Yum Yum donuts, all the good pizza places....cheese steaks and cheese fries) but I would never move back. I love it here!
