“It helps me stay focused on my goals. It also keeps things interesting and not boring.”
“I find that the challenges make me be more cognizant of my food intake, better choices etc. The fitness ones encourage me to try new exercises and to keep doing exercises. I think there is a good possibility I wouldnt do as much if I didnt track it for challenges or tried to do better on challenges”
“My leaders are all wonderful...they stay in touch with team members and do their best to keep us involved and feeling a part of the team.”
“They motivate me to eat healthier and to be more active. “

Hi. I just read your comment on someone else's page about having FOUR GIRLS and no boys. That made me smile because my mom came from a family of 7 boys and 2 girls. When she had kids she had wanted allllll boys! Guess what she got instead! FIVE GIRLS! HAR HAR HAR HAR. LOVE it.
Lucky for her, she got a gob of grandsons before having a gob of granddaughters. She has 26 grandkids and 13 greats and one on the way. so far.... wink. 1843 days ago

I had a pretty good day. Good sugars all day and ending the evening with a couple hundred unused calories. The sugar levels and calories tell me I made good food choices today. Wish i could do that every day ;-) 1846 days ago
