I posted on your community feed thread, but wanted to share a recent recipe I've made for overnight oats. I call it Cereal Milk Oats:
1/2 c. plain oatmeal (I use old-fashioned rolled oats) 3/4 c. milk 1 Tbsp. flaxseed (or chia seed) 1 tsp. maple syrup or honey (or other sweetener if desired 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 3/4 c. frozen berries of choice dash of salt cinnamon and nutmeg to taste optional: 1-2 scoops plain or vanilla protein powder
Add ingredients to a Mason jar or other airtight container. Shake well to mix, then put in fridge overnight. Stir well, top with walnuts or other nut if desired, and EAT!
When I made it with frozen strawberries and blueberries, it tasted like Smurfberries cereal! 519 days ago
