YAY YOU! that's an awesome plan. 3-4 days a week for an hour at a time is super beneficial as well. i was reading that for full benefit of exercise.. women need at least an hour a day. but ANY time is awesome. i'd say if you have a smart phone of some sort..use it to track your food and water to keep that part in range. just some suggestions to help keep you on track. i know how hard it is to do 'alone' have a happy hump day! 3533 days ago
