It's getting motivated that's the trick, and my biggest obstacle. I'm not looking for anything fancy - not a supermodel body, not a special diet, not a major fitness accomplishment. I'm just a regular person. A mom. A wife. A woman with a lot of weight to lose - and a lot of health benefits to gain.

Exercise 5 Days Out Of the Week
Stop Binge Eating, especially when it's emotionally charged
Stop Negative Self Talk!!
My Program:
I LOVE Kinect and Games - so Zumba, My Shape: Fitness Evolved and other great Fitness Games are a daily treat!
Actually drink 8 glasses of water a day - harder than it seems!
No snacking before bed - if it isn't mindful eating, it isn't worth it :0)
