Seems it is time to take control of the one thing I can actually control. What I put in my mouth, and what I do with my body as well.

My Goals:
1. Make eating properly a habit, something I can maintian and raise my child(ren) to respect as they see me do it as an example to them.
2. Find time to exercise each day.
3. Find my daily time with devotional, and a weekly bible study as well.

My Program:
Going to find a balance of programs on my Wii Fit that can help me foster an enjoyment for working out.

Also most likely will start the South Beach Diet.. as it seems to work for me.

Personal Information:
I was born and raised in South Florida. I really do love Florida, but I miss the old Florida, the nature and the wildlife that has all been pushed to retreat in the swaps down here in the south. I am married and currently a mother of 1 very entergetic five year old boy. I currently am working full time at an electrical engineering office doing one of my favorite programs AutoCAD. I learned that while I was in college studing theatre design. I did graduate with a Design degree in lighting, scenic and costumes. I still love the arts and I think that is one of the reasons I am enjoying Photography so much these days!!!!

Other Information:
I am a christian, I am so happy that I have a nice church that I enjoy the services in. My son and I look forward to church on sunday mornings and that is a wonderful thing. Now if i can get in a devotional that would be SUPER.
