Introduction Text Hey everybody! This is not my first time trying to lose weight, but it is my first time really keeping close track of my caloric intake. This is definitely challenging. Over the past 10 years or so, my weight has gone up and down the same 20-30 pounds and it hasn't really correlated to my activity level. I've been about 25-30lbs over my ideal for the past 3 years. When I have exercised strenuously, I think my food intake has also increased, cancelling out my efforts!! It's definitely challenging to keep the calories at 1500/day, but it's getting easier over time.
