1/04/21 As you can see it has been a long time since I was on this site. So many things have happen in the passing years. The biggest thing is I was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in 2015. Dec.1st of 2020 marked my five year anniversary so I am now considered in the 9% survival group. I know I've been blessed with these added years and have much to be thankful for and have so much in life to continue to live for. Grandchildren who are my heart and the best family you could ever ask for are at the top of my list. Surgery, Chemo and radiation took its toll on me and I lost quite a bit of weight which has stayed off for sometime, but in this last year my body must have recovered more and now is starting to take on weight again. I'm now up 25 pounds and say that is enough. so hear I go again to try again to take control of my life and live as well as I can and for as long. THIRD TIME'S A CHARM....so starting over more determined than ever. 8/13/12 " regained 36 # So it is back to what I know works....Without challenges, there would be no change". With raising two sets of twins and living in the country there was never a dull moment in our house. You would have thought that with all the chores, errands and chasing kids that would have been enough to keep the weight off. No such luck however and each year along with age came a few more pounds. The last of our children has left home, and here I am at 52 wallowing in all this personal time that I had coveted for so long and thinking it�s not all that its cracked up to be. Finding Sparks has been my spark and I�m looking forward to making over a new me with as much energy as I did raising our family. It really is time for T! 1/18/10 Lost 44# and then faded out... .....That was my first start last year which was going so well until I let family issues take control and gave up on myself. I'm back now, another year older, wiser and pulling myself together and putting me first again. YEAR TWO is going to be even better and I will reach my goal for nothing or nobody is going to stop me this time!!!. I Can, I Do, I Will!!!! 1/07/11 relost 15 # that I gained back and then 29 # more and then faded out again

2. Learn to have fun and enjoy exercise
3. Look and feel good for ME.........
4. To have more energy and not be afraid to try new things.
5. Keep it positive for home, health, and happiness


My Program:
Watching calories
eating normal but healthier by creating ways to lower calories of dishes and adding more fruits and vegetables to each meal.
exercising at least 1000 minutes a month.
Sparking daily to keep motivated and accountable.



Personal Information:
Live in Big Sky Country Montana. I married a farm boy, so we live out in the country. Had two sets of twins 6 years apart all grown and gone now so discovering new ways to keep busy.


Other Information:
Love to read, travel, visit with people and above all else spend time with family and friends Grandchildren are now my pastime and love every minute spent with them. Getting older I discovered is not as much fun but life is to good not to make the most of it!
