    aw thanks! I'm glad I can be an inspiration! It's been really tough, but definately worth it. My best advice is to be conscious about what your eating and measure EVERYTHING. I was amazed when I started paying attention at how much I would over-eat, and I was only a little bit overweight. and I always made sure to include foods I just can't live without (ice cream!) haha. Good luck with your goals, and let me know how it goes!

    Hello and welcome to,

    I'm pretty new at this myself, but wanted to let you know that it's o.k. to just jump right in and play, i.e. "click. click. click". It's how I have been learning my way around. So far I have encountered only splendid, encouraging and helpful people. I hope you try isometric exercise, it's perfect for adults with mobility issues, chronic pain, have been sedentary for a while, or who tire easily. Yet even if you're at the top of your game, isometrics can give you the added edge towards meeting your goals, even if that is finishing a triathlon! emoticon
