Fitness Minutes: 69,069

My Goals:
After spending the 2008-2009 winter sick on the couch I had gained almost 20 pounds and lost all fitness I'd ever had. Now I'm in pretty decent shape for my age and my main goal is to keep it that way!

My Program:
 I strength train with shoulder exercises and core mostly. I also walk every day and love snow-shoeing. In the summer I replace that with horse activities and bicycling.


Personal Information:
I love all my critters.

 Music by Styx, books by Mercedes Lackey, and coffee!
