Introduction Text Welcome to my sparkpage. My name is Nina. Im a mama of 3 little darlings, one boy and two girls. Having babies young and close together really challenged my body in many ways....including having a little extra to love. Having a family, it is important for me to be healthy, eat healthy, live healthy. I am looking for ways to improve my health through better eating and regular exercise. I pretty much know the do's and dont's of healthy living....I just like to learn new ways for the "do's"...that's why Im here. Oh, and a little motivation never hurt anyone!

I want to be down to 150ish pounds. ..this is a weight I feel is healthy for me. We'll see as we go!

To meet my goals, I will stay within the nutrition guidlines provided by SP. I also have to incorparate exercise(this is THE hardest part for me)...I'll get used to that. Oh, and drink lots of water!
