So the wedding is done and now I’m a Mrs. I am so happy with the progress I made for my wedding and very happy with the outcome. Now, I’m having trouble finding the motivation to keep going. This is my third go around with Spark People and I feel like I have a great basis for success. I just need to put it into action. Nothing is as motivating as a wedding, and I’m succumbing to daily temptations now more than ever. I've have broken almost all the bad habits I created for myself over the years and hopefully it will stay that way for the rest of my life. I'm still making life changes but I'm proud of my accomplishments thus far and can't wait to live my life and feel happy instead of things happening around me! I feel like I motivate others with weight loss, but have a hard time motivating myself and taking my own advice. Now is the test of how strong I am.

My Goals:
In addition to being healthy, I want to change the living style of my household. I'd like to be happy with myself on a daily basis. I'd like to stop emotional eating as well. I also want to run a real 5K. I want a number strapped to my stomach and run the whole thing.

My Program:
I'm beginning my half marathon training in hopes to complete the Chicago 2012 half marathon in October. I also am attempting to strength train 2-3 times per week.

Personal Information:
Just moved to the Milwaukee area after living in Chicago for the first 25 years of my life. It's a welcome change and I'm getting used to my surroundings.

Other Information:
I love tv...I can get addicted to anything and everything very easily.
