I Choose Me!
I joined SP in 2008 and made great progress the first year, but since then have been stalled and went backwards. It's time to make a change back to a healthy state! I quit smoking in 2005 and slowly gained weight over the years as a result of using food to replace my old habit. However, since then, my lack of consistent exercise, portion control, and balanced eating has allowed it to continue. This is NO LONGER acceptable - the TIME is NOW! I'm DONE with not wearing what I like! I'm DONE ...

When you want to give up just because you gave in, and forget all about being healthy and thin. So What! You went over your points a bit, It's your next move that counts...So don't you quit! Tracking what I eat to stay within daily goals, drinking my water, and following my SP exercise schedule of 6 days cardio and 3 days strength per week (Wed or Fri off)!
I don't deny myself anything. It is all about moderation (frequency and portion control)!

I'm in my 40's, live in St. Paul, MN, married, and have one son & a fur-baby. Need all the support I can find to turn this body back to it's normal state!

I enjoy thrifting, dancing, reading, relaxing, and spending time with friends or family... on good days, exercising too!
