    My plan is really to just eat healthy for me. I have problems with wheat. So if I stay away from it (which is everything with a label), it's pretty much a low carb diet. I try to have protein with every meal, 3 - 5 vegies a day, and a few fruits and most days I drink nothing but water (one cup of coffee in the morning). If I stick to that I'm all set. My problem is after supper, that's when the cravings hit! We have almost no junk food in the house but eating a pound of grapes and half a jar of nuts is not condusive to loosing weight........

    My husband's family is having a huge reunion.....probably over 200 people the weekend of July 11.....I just want to loose 10-15 pounds for that. I don't think that's asking too much! Then my daughter is getting married 9/26, really would like to loose another 20 to 30 by then. eeeeekkkkk!

    I've decided though I'm going consider June 1st a new day....not that I'm going to go crazy in the meantime. I've done that before and that doesn't work either. So JUNE FIRST! That will give me 6 weeks. If I could just get into a size that's not Plus size....that would make me happy; which is about 15 pounds.
