Once Again


I am a 72 year old lady that is so down on myself because I can't seem to get rid of these so unwanted pound. This is not the first time I joined SP, but hopefully this time I will succeed. I have a wonderful husband and we have 8 children between us; well one is gone on to be with the Lord, 3 years now and I still miss him terribly. I have several grandchildren (my husband has none) and have great-grandchildren as well. I love my family very much. Would like to lose this weight mostly for ...

I would like to be healthy for my family as well.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 33 pounds - don't want to give a time frame because I want to do it gradually and not gain it back.

My Program:
 Not on a particular program, just want to eat healthy and not continue to eat huge portions.


Personal Information:
My husband and I have lived in Augusta, GA most of our lives. We've not had a serious argument in the almost 17 years we've been married.
