Fitness Minutes: 66,281

My Goals:
I want to get to a healthy weight - about 135 - and stay there.
I want to strengthen my willpower so that I can eat what I want, just in smaller portions or another day...
I want to feel good. I hate tight pants. I hate getting winded. I want to fit into my clothes.

Mu ulitmate goal is to hike all the trails in Kentucky.

My Program:
1. Keeping my calories between 1400 and 1750.

2. Using my Wii Fit at least 45 minutes 2x week.

3. Going to the Y 2-3 times a week for 45 minutes on the treadmill.

4. Doing the YRG 2x week.

5. Having fun and enjoying the spring/summer.

Hometown: All over - former Military BRAT

Current home: Lexington, KY
Kids: A 19 year old daughter and a 13 year old son

Hubbie: Yep

Other Information:
I have always loved to read and to be outdoors. If only someone would invent a sport where I could read and be outside at the same time :).
