Thank u so much for the input on meditation...I do normally lay down around mid afternoon , sometimes it is for a nap lol...but other times it is to stretch my body out from work( I have a cleaning business) and sometimes to get away from the animals and just rest , I have a salt lamp in the bedroom and a oil diffuser and just lay there for about 30 min...I will for sure look at you tube , and Beachbody has a lot on there also...it is something I do need in my life and I have to add it in there for sure! 2 days ago
